One Of My Subscribers Used My Baking Soda Tip

Oh my goodness I just received this photo from someone who watched my video and tried my baking soda tip to clean Pandora jewelry.  The first two photo are of her bangle and charms before applying the baking soda solution.  The bottom two photos are of her jewelry after.  You can clearly see the difference!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

My Story About Storage Bins Containers During Hurricane Irma In The BVI

Today I want to share, with as many people as possible, my experience with some plastic storage container bins, during hurricane Irma in Tortola British Virgin Islands.  My story goes like this:

As most of you might know my husband and I were in Tortola BVI when hurricane Irma passed over the British Virgin Islands and other Caribbean islands.   As the hurricane began to blow through the islands and intensity its speed, my husband and I went into the bathroom of our apartment and sat on the floor.

Eventuallty we moved to the closet in our bedroom to seek more secure shelter (or so we thought).  In the closet there were two large plastic storage containers and I had my curtains in these storage containers.  Each set of curtains were in huge ziploc bags.

When we moved from the bathroom to the closet my husband and I sat on one of the large plastic storage bins and placed our feet on another large bin so our feet would not be in the water.  The apartment was flooding by this time as the water was coming in through the roof.

I am amazed that these plastic storage bins supported both my husband and are still going strong.  All the items are secure and undamaged.  In one small plastic storage container bin I had some adult coloring books and materials and this bin was in the second bedroom of our apartment where alot of the rain was coming in.  I was really surprised when I opened the container and saw that all my books were dry!

These storage containers mean so much to me right now that i just want to spread the word - GET SOME STORAGE CONTAINERS and store your items!  Currently we are using two as tables as our dining table was destroyed and I have 2 more by our bed as bedside stands.

The following are some links to get yourself some storage bins:

Unboxing And Review Of My New Pandora Jewelry๐Ÿ’ Travel Box ๐ŸŽ

I Felt Like I Was Treated Like A Common Criminal In Trinidad And Tobago

I went into this store, in Trinidad and Tobago, on December 17, 2017 because my daughter wanted to get a specific item.  As soon as I entered the store, Kappa Drugs to be precise, for the first time, I was impressed, it was roomy and I could see right away that I could get everything I needed in this one store!!!

So my daughter got the item that she wanted and paid for it.  I took her package from her and headed for the exit.  She however went to get another item.  As I approached the exit door, I was approached by a young lady who told me that she has to do a random check and need to see my receipt and the items I purchased.  She also said that she had to check my hand bag.  To top that off I had to empty my bag.  Like I said before I was by the exit door so there was not really any place that I could place the items that were in my  hand bag.  I ended up putting the items in a shopping basket that was nearby.

By this time I was grumbling to myself and was obviously showing my dissatisfaction of having to empty my hand bag like a common criminal.  The lady who checked my bag said "and she showing attitude".  That was absolutely rude and disrespectful of her.  Again, I felt like I was treated like a criminal.  As the lady was going through the items that were in my hand bag, I saw at the corner of my eye, the male security guard, come close by and looked over to see the items that were in my bag!!

Well what happened next took the series of event to a next level!

I put my items back into my hand bag and proceeded to wait for my daughter as she was having her other items cashed.  I eventually approached her because I found that it was taking too long for her to be served.  I told her that I wanted to the leave and expressed how angry and upset I was by the events that happened earlier.

So as I was about to exit the door, I heard someone calling me,  I looked around and the security guard told me that they had to check my bag again as I went back into the store!!!!  Now this was a double dose of being angry for me!!!  I did not resist but I again expressed my dissatisfaction.  The guard had the audacity to ask me if I did not know what a random check meant!  My daughter and I responded to him simultaneously - DO YOU KNOW WHAT RANDOM MEANS???  He was totally out of place!

I would not be shopping at this store again regardless of the location.  I am a Trinidadian YouTuber and have quite a few Trinidad and Tobago subscribers and will definitely be sharing my experience with them.
